Compute Portal Project
Purpose
A portal project to produce a web based front end to a compute resource, such as a cluster, using PHP, mysql, apache, and perl. The intent is to allow non-programmers to use complex programs through an intuitive interface.

Created Pise which inspired this project.

Creators of Inquiry, based on Pise. The use of a dynamic menu was inspired by Inquiry.
Note
This project started as a clone of Pise, but has grown beyond those beginnings. This project does not
contain any Pise source code, and only borrows the Pise DTD in order to validate and use Pise XML
program description files. No BioTeam code was used in this project.
